Are You an Outlaw? Meet Heather Baker

Who has redefined what it means to think outside the law (AKA Outlaw) and is helping each of us in the process?

Meet Heather Baker, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC. Heather grew up traveling around the world, following her father’s career as a diplomat. This incredible adventure took her to Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe – all before the age of 18. Her experience with many different cultures fed an innate curiosity and sparked her interest in connecting people and understanding what we all have in common.

Since graduate school, Heather has focused her career on marketing and communications in service organizations. These roles have been all about fostering long-term relationships and creating win-win successes. Wherever she has worked, Heather has always been the organizer of the recycling program, fundraising walk, and adopt-a-family projects that give back but also create a united sense of purpose.

In her current role, Heather has created an integrated communications and community relations program in a medium-sized law firm that rivals programs in much larger organizations. She has served on a number of nonprofit boards and advisory committees. Her commitment to synergistic partnerships and empowerment of individuals to make a positive impact in their community is what gets her out of bed in the morning.

Enjoy getting to know this Outlaw!
