The Rule of Three
Anytime you sit down to write an article or put together a presentation, it takes a lot of thought and generally quite a bit of time. Why not get most out of this time?
Use the Rule of Three. Try to take each of these efforts and use them in three different ways or in three different places. Perhaps you can take a published article and pitch it to a client or other audience for a presentation. Can you shorten it into a blog post? What about a recent speaking engagement? Can you use the information you gathered to present and create a piece that can be published, either on your website or in a trade publication?
Don't reinvent the wheel! Be efficient with your efforts and get the most out of it that you can.
