Are you an Outlaw? Meet Keith Wewe

Who has redefined what it means to think outside the law (aka OUTLAW) and is helping each of us in the process? Meet Keith Wewe, VP of Strategy and Solutions at Content Pilot. Previously, Keith has more than a decade of in-house legal experience in marketing communications, strategic client development and client relationship management. He has also been involved in the leadership of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) on the local, national and international levels. We asked him a few questions and his answers can be found below. Enjoy getting to know this Outlaw! wewe_keith_03_li Q: What is your motto? A: My motto today remains the same as has since I graduated from college - to work twice-as-hard as my colleagues, do the best possible work I can, position every moment in life as a learning opportunity - all while having fun. It's a tall order!

Q: Always by the book or an occasional cheater? A: Frequent cheater. (Ha!)

Q: Better to always tell the truth or are white lies justified? A: It’s always better to tell the truth – which is very difficult when you are equally concerned about people and their feelings.

Q: Finish this sentence, If I could have one super-power, it would be... A: Mind control.

Q: What got you into working in the legal industry? A: I said “yes.” It was 1996 and a lawyer at the firm needed a brochure to send a potential client, and no one to help him. I cobbled together what I could find, which wasn’t much, and quickly realized we I could write something much better – so I did.

Q: What would you consider your greatest achievement? A: Being a great son to my mother.

Q: Who is your real life hero? A: Myrlie Evers–Williams – an amazing wife, mother, civil rights activist and author.
