McCullough Presents at LMA's 2020 P3 Conference

On June 11, Heather McCullough presented at the virtual LMA P3 Conference. Heather, along with her co-presenters Brandi Michelle Hobbs (Bell, Davis & Pitt, P.A.) and Chandra Storrusten (Visible Value), presented, “Client Experience & Strategy: A ‘Both, And’ Proposition for Post-COVID Success.” This session provided participants with an understanding of the importance of developing client personas and client empathy maps, how client listening can be maximized, and with an applicable work product to take back to the office to help with CX and strategic initiatives.
