In the recent article from Law.com, Firms Know ‘What’ Marketing Content Corporate Legal Wants. But ‘Where’ is Harder, Frank Ready asked Jill Huse to share her perspectives on turning away from content related to COVID-19 outreach in favor of more forward-thinking or proactive legal guidance.

Per Huse, in-house departments are now focused on more proactive steps they can take to effect change or propel their organization into the future. She cited a law firm who is undertaking a pro-bono work to help small businesses impacted by the pandemic as a positive way to attract client attention.

“I thought that that was very forward-thinking and interesting. [The pandemic] is causing people to think a little more humanly about our industry and how we can really help each other,” Huse said.
