Check-In On Your Clients

During this time of timid business re-openings, it is important to not allow your focus and attention to be dominated by the minutia of running a business. If you are leading a firm, you should be focused on the safety and well-being of your employees - and by default, their families - and keeping morale high.

Don’t forget, however, that your firm’s clients are dealing with the same issues, fears, hesitations and frustrations that you are. They also have many unknowns ahead, and may not realize how much hearing from you will mean to them.

Encourage everyone in your firm to pick up the phone and ask clients how they’re doing, offer to help or advise if possible, and remind them all how much you care.
