Add Value + Build Trust

One of the best ways to grow your business is to add value and build trust. Despite being limited by stay-at-home orders and quarantines, it is still possible to be actively pursuing both.

Take a few minutes to brainstorm…

  • What are some ways you can add value for your clients without leaving the comfort (and safety) of your home?

Put yourself in their shoes…

  • What are potential worries or challenges they are facing?

  • How has COVID-19 affected their lives or routines?

  • What does the current and future landscape of their business look like?

  • And most importantly, what can you do to help in any of these areas?

Don’t forget, these questions apply to their personal lives as well as professional. If they are struggling personally, their businesses are bound to follow. In thinking through these questions, reach out to check on them and let them know you’re on their side. Encourage them, offer support in ways that you’re able, give practical and manageable advice, and most importantly, just let them know that you care about them.
