What Does the Internet Say About You?
Whether you like it or not, your clients and prospects are typing your name into their favorite search engine to learn what they can prior to hiring you. What will they find?
If you don't know, we urge you do search yourself to find out. You want to come up in search results; You don't want images of you doing keg stands, posts airing dirty laundry or poor professional reviews to be what shines the brightest.
Take control of your online presence. Create and/or update and clean up social media profiles. If you aren't a social media maven, that's ok. Create a LinkedIn account, insert your experience information and details about your practice, and set a reminder to check it once a week. You don't need to invest hours of work, but it will be helpful to control the narrative for yourself.
