The Cost of Business Development

Developing business requires money. It just does. Whether it is directly or indirectly through time or firm resources, there is always an associated cost. Be thoughtful about managing those costs.

Chasing and acquiring a new client can cost up to 15 times more (!!!) than retaining a current client, and those costs can add up quickly. Instead of placing so much focus on new client targets, consider taking another look at your existing clients and considering what additional services you can offer.

Because nobody likes throwing money out the window.
