Exceptional Client Service

Want to provide your clients with exceptional client service? Consider your favorite places to shop or best service providers. What do they do that makes your experience a positive one? 

It could be small, personal touches that they can deliver because they've asked you about them. Perhaps they never seem ruffled, despite how many questions you ask or how much help you require. It could be that they have wonderful follow-up and truly care to learn what they can improve on (and then act on it).

Think through what you appreciate most in your own experiences, and then strive to provide at least a couple of these to your own clients. It truly does make a difference- you know it, too.
