The Best Time is Now

It's never too late to meet your business development goals. Even as you approach the end of a year, don't underestimate the opportunities that the holiday season brings. If you have been waiting for an excuse to reach out to a contact or previous client, it is actually the perfect time.

Pick up the phone, send an email, or send a small gift. Holiday cards, while thoughtful, often bring little ROI. Personal contact or a thoughtful gift generally bring about a response in the form of a conversation or, at the very least, a thank you note. Save your pennies on postage and put your efforts in to fostering your best relationships.
