Voice of the Client

Society 54 has the ears of your current and future clients. Our years in the industry have provided us with contacts at some of the largest companies across the Southeast, including an invaluable network of in-house counsel, key management and decision makers. We have served with your clients on panels and boards, have traveled and attended conferences with them, have dined and shared cocktails with them, all the while gleaning invaluable perspective on what matters to them most.

As further testament to our client intel, Society 54’s leaders recognized a need and took the initiative to spearhead the Legal Marketing Association Southeastern Chapter’s inaugural In-House Counsel Shared Interest Group. The group was formed to specifically focus on feedback from clients and target clients. Group members benefit from features such as the “One Minute Insights” platform, which is a compilation of video and audio insights directly from clients. Their comments are conveniently packaged for the purpose of sharing within your firm, in order to raise awareness and understanding of clients’ most prominent needs and concerns.

The list below is a compilation of the comments we have heard over and over from clients throughout the years. Let us help you to address these kinds of comments with your own valued clients.
