What is IN3?
IN3 is a set of virtual coaching programs that allows professional service providers who may not have the budget, time or ability to work one-on-one with our coaches an opportunity to build their skills, knowledge and – ultimately – business. It offers four Virtual Training Programs so you get exactly what you need…and you get access to a professional coach to ask questions or to request feedback. You can get all of this at a cost much lower than traditional one-on-one coaching sessions!
About the Programs
+ Marketing + Reputation Building
In today’s competitive market, it’s critical to carve out your niche and make a name for yourself. The terms “marketing,” “PR,” “social media,” and “personal branding” are thrown around in many conversations, but have we stopped to consider what they truly mean? The Marketing + Reputation Building coaching program will not only help you understand the differences between the various components of marketing, but will also help you understand how these tools, when leveraged appropriately, deliver powerful results to aid in building your book of business. Through this virtual coaching program, you will learn to understand the foundations of marketing; define your personal brand; maximize your efforts through strategic marketing; develop a social media strategy and plan; leverage digital marketing; conduct market research and competitive intelligence and more.

The Career Development Virtual Training Program focuses on helping you develop and grow the skills needed to excel in your career. During the Career Development coaching program, you will learn about Executive Presence and ways to build EP; communications styles and how they impact you and your work environment; presentation skills; working in team environments; self-care; non-working time boundaries and more.
+ Client Experience + Service
The Client Experience + Service Virtual Training Program goes in depth to help you determine what clients want and need, to think through existing processes from a client’s perspective, and to brainstorm ways you can go above and beyond the basic expectations to really blow your clients away. By working through the Client Experience + Service coaching program, you will discover all the touch points clients experience with you and your firm; go in depth on client onboarding - why it’s important and how you can improve the process; work on your communication skills including active listening and empathy; discover ways to increase client loyalty and why doing so is important; learn ways you can learn more about your clients and what’s important to them and more. You will also create a Client Onboarding Process (if you don’t have one already) and start building a Client Feedback Process.
+ Revenue Generation
The Revenue Generation Virtual Training Program provides a framework for your business developments activities, helping you prioritize your opportunities and ultimately grow your book of business. We provide best practices and business development tools for you to use in real-time as you perfect your business development strategy and approach. Through the Revenue Generation coaching program, you will hone your networking skills, brainstorm and refine your target opportunity list, effectively introduce other services within in your firm for cross-sell opportunities, walk through the stages of client pitches and RFPs including follow-up and handling objections, learn to use client teams to strengthen your current client relationships and create opportunities for additional work in new areas, and more. The Challenges in this virtual program provide the tools for you to reach and exceed your business development goals and strengthen your book of business.

+ How much does it cost?
Virtual Training Programs can be purchased for a one-time payment of $295 each.
+ What do I do if I have questions or get stuck along the way?
Each IN3 participant is assigned a virtual coach that can be accessed through the platform. At any point throughout the program, reach out to your coach via the "1:1 Coaching" portal. Ask questions, request feedback, submit responses...your coach is there to help and encourage you along the way. These interactions are private and confidential.
+ Is there a way to hear from other users about their thoughts and experiences?
Yes! One of our favorite parts of IN3 is the ability to access a larger community of users. Hear from other professionals on their experiences, ideas, best practices and more. You can interact with your community as much (or as little) as you are comfortable doing. Conversations and responses are only accessible to the paid IN3 users that have been assigned to your specific community.
+ How long does a program take?
Each Virtual Trainig Program was designed to take participants an average of 3 - 4 months to complete. This can vary based on a number of factors, however, including how highly the programs are prioritized, how thoughtfully participants complete each Challenge, interactions with the coach and/or community, and more.
+ Which Virtual Training Program should I do first?
You can start with any of our four available programs! They do not have to be done in any particular order. Consider your goals or where you feel you have the most room for growth - that might be the perfect place to start.
