Q: What is your motto?
A: “One size fits one.” I heard Laura Stein, GC of Clorox, use this phrase at an ACC Value Challenge presentation and it has stuck with me. Every client has different needs, preferences, goals. Attorneys must deeply understand those needs and customize their service delivery and communications to meet those needs.

Q: Share something that you’ve done in the past that set you apart from your peers?
A: I created an innovative business development program called “Fast Forward” that has generated significant revenue for the lawyers who have participated and facilitated significant cross-serving opportunities.

Q: Always paying attention or do you daydream?
A: Daydream! I’m always thinking creatively about new approaches to what we do.

Q: Finish this sentence, If I could have one super-power, it would be…
A: …to be in multiple places at the same time.

Q: Who are your favorite authors/what are your favorite books?
A: Brene Brown’s “Daring Greatly” is one of my favorite books.

Q: What would you consider your greatest achievement?
A: My two children are my greatest achievement. I am so proud of them. Being a parent is humbling.

Q: Finish this sentence- if I won the lottery tomorrow I would…
A: …start planning a trip around the world – I love to travel.
