Meg partners with law firms to design and deliver programs that strengthen client relationships, develop attorney business development skills, and build long-term growth strategies. With almost a decade of experience in legal business development, marketing, and program management, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to coaching, training, and program execution. Meg focuses on a wide range of strategic initiatives, including key client programs, associate business development training, alumni engagement strategies, leadership retreats, and technology adoption. She is known for translating firm goals into actionable plans and guiding attorneys and MBD teams through the strategic tactics to execute with confidence and impact.
Before joining our team, Meg led business development programs within an Am Law 200 firm, where she managed national client initiatives, practice groups, industry teams and high-profile client events. She possesses a unique understanding of how law firms operate and the day-to-day challenges faced by attorneys and business development professionals.
Firms engage Meg to advance strategic priorities, energize teams, and create internal capabilities that deliver measurable results, all with an approach that is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping people succeed. In her time away from the office you can find her on the tennis court, planning a dinner party or spending time with family and friends.
Additionally, Meg is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association, where she serves on the South Carolina Steering Committee.
Meg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Master of Mass Communications with a focus on Integrated Marketing from the University of South Carolina.

Meg played tennis for her high school team and, after taking 13 years off the court, she took the sport back up and became a state champion in her usta rating.
With a love of interior design, meg has never found a coffee table design book she can resist.
Following in her father’s footsteps, she loves to cook and rarely follows a recipe. cooking southern cuisine is a right of passage in her family.
