In the recent article from Law.com, Which Atlanta Law Firms Have the Most Satisfied Associates, Jacob Polacheck asked Society 54’s Co-Founder, Jill Huse, to share her thoughts on the value of transparency and communication.

Charlotte, North Carolina-based law firm consultant Jill Huse said the value of transparency and communication stood out in her review of the Midlevel Associates Survey,

“Those are things that have not really evolved with a lot of the law firms that we’ve been working with,” Huse said. “I’ve been in legal for 20-plus years now, so that’s a constant thing from a leadership perspective that all of our law firms need to do better at.”
