Thirsty Thursday Webinar Series Comes to a Close

Society 54’s Thirsty Thursday six-part webinar series, “What’s Next? Rocking the Next Era of Law Firm Culture,” has come to a close.

Webinar 1, “What’s Next? 9 to 5: Business as (New) Usual,” focused on how to navigate re-opening your firm from three perspectives: Firm Executive Director, Marketing Professional and Attorney.

Webinar 2, “Taking Care of Business: Change Management and Utilizing Predictive Trends,” centered around how we can get attorneys and firms to willingly embrace change management, and what data is at our disposal to show the importance of adapting to our new times.

Webinar 3, “Bang on the Drum All Day: Re-Imagine Success For Your Department,” revolved around how we can get our teams to refocus in this new normal, become actively engaged in the firm’s mission and buy in to the collaboration we are trying to foster.

Webinar 4, “Working for the Weekend: How to Position Your Firms for Growth,” focused on how we can get both attorneys and MBD teams to buy in to the sales process, create and foster a sales mindset to start capturing parts of the market that are up for grabs, and most importantly, how we can do this in a way that is not predatory, but rather shows that our firms are trusted and experienced advisors.

Webinar 5, “A Hard Day’s Night: Law Firm Compensation + Profitability in the Post-COVID19 Era,” centered around how can and should law firms adapt processes involving compensation and profitability, and what the criteria is for determining these and how those differ from pre-COVID19 practices.

Webinar 6, “Harder Better Faster Stronger: Maintaining a Culture of Resilience and Innovation,” revolved around resiliency and innovation despite (or even because of) challenges we face.
