Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Content Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing content creation and distribution, crafting pitches and proposals, creating presentations, and driving brand awareness for Society 54. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing and content management, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Society 54's services and Society Tech products to increase brand visibility.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing goals and objectives.
Measure marketing plans, including budget allocation, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization.
2. Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging and informative content for various channels, such as the Society 54 and Society Tech websites, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and develop thought leadership content.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials.
Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience (UX).
Manage content distribution across different platforms and channels.
3. Pitches, Proposals, and Presentations:
Work with team to craft compelling pitches and proposals to attract new clients and secure business opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to develop customized marketing strategies and solutions for potential clients.
Create visually appealing presentations for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Tailor messaging and content to effectively communicate Society 54's value proposition and services.
4. Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
Manage Society 54's social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
5. Brand Management:
Develop and maintain a strong brand image for Society 54.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Monitor brand reputation and respond to inquiries or feedback from clients and prospects.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
Occasional attendance needed with Society 54 events and trade shows (organizing sponsorship logistics and event details, setting up for event, working event, follow up).
6. Other Tasks:
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as determined by the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and content management.
