Many attorneys understand the need for - and benefits of - business development coaching. Someone who checks in regularly, helps set goals, helps hold you accountable for those goals, helps think through how to work through various obstacles…there is much to be gained by working with a coach. Why doesn’t everyone do it? Time and money. They are limited resources for everyone, and things must be prioritized.

That you could benefit from coaching without the high price tag or the demand for regular placements on your calendar?

Meet IN3. On this platform we have combined education with gamification to help train on a myriad of business development concepts. The various programs allow attorneys who may not have the resources or ability to work one-on-one with our coaches an opportunity to build their skills, knowledge and - ultimately - business. Along the journey, attorneys will have access to our coaches (as needed), as well as the ability to interact with other attorneys who are working toward similar goals. Pick and choose the topics that best fit your needs, and only pay (and spend time doing) what makes sense for you.

The programs have various levels and missions, increasing interaction and accountability to realize results. We are tapping into the AFT Learning Model which focuses on the Action - Feedback - Trigger approach to increase retention of concepts and engagement throughout the process.
