Get in the Game:

How Gamification can Boost
Implementation, Integration and Adoption of New Products

Case Study

In order to continue to successfully build business, track efforts and keep your current clients engaged and happy, your leadership has finally committed to purchasing a CRM system. You know that this system will only be as good as the information that is entered and kept up-to-date. Currently, you use a combination of your email marketing system, Outlook contacts and spreadsheets to store information.

You need to implement the new system, integrate it with other tools that collect and store data (e.g. accounting software) and garner adoption among both the attorneys as well as staff at your firm. You have a team of 7 who are excited about getting the new CRM up and running but you fear that you will meet with resistance from those who do not currently feel the same stressors as those on your team.

You know that you have an uphill battle ahead but want to see your team back at peak performance and with better and more complete information at your fingertips. How can you incorporate gamification to implement, integrate and finally promote adoption within the firm of this new CRM tool? You are tasked with creating a plan and presenting it at the next board of directors meeting.

It’s Your Turn

It’s now your turn to help this team. You have the full support of the managing partner and the Board of Directors and a budget of $30,000.
