Take 15 minutes this month to audit what actually worked in 2025.

Open up your content calendar, event recaps, pitch reports, or campaign dashboards, and make a short list of the top three efforts that sparked real engagement, client interest, or internal buy-in.

Now ask:

  • What made them successful?

  • Who helped make them happen?

  • Can this be scaled, repeated, or reimagined for 2026?

This isn’t about vanity metrics. It’s about identifying what moved the needle so you can invest energy where it matters most. Gratitude is powerful, but insight is what transforms appreciation into action.
