Set Reminders + Stick to Them
Each new year, month and even week brings a fresh calendar (more or less). Take 15 minutes this week to calendar important tasks that easily get brushed aside when schedules get busy. Set reminders to call clients, send notes, follow up on open proposals and more.
Once that is done, give yourself a pep talk... "When this reminder pops up, I can snooze it no more than three times." Or perhaps, "Whenever I complete one of these items, I will buy myself a coffee." Consider what motivates you and give yourself small rewards along the way!
