Amy Oldiges is a marketing and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience helping professional services organizations, particularly law firms, strengthen client relationships, enhance market positioning, and drive sustainable growth. She has worked in-house at firms ranging from small practices to AmLaw 200, giving her a deep understanding of the strategic, operational, and cultural factors that influence successful marketing and business development programs.
Amy partners with firm leadership and practice groups to translate strategy into execution, bringing focus, alignment, and momentum to business development and client engagement efforts. Her experience spans marketing and business development strategy, client feedback and experience initiatives, proposals and RFP responses, competitive and market intelligence, CRM and experience database management, digital and website initiatives, communications, and large-scale events.
Known for a practical, relationship-driven approach, Amy helps firms prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, and turn strategy into action. She has a strong track record of supporting revenue growth, increasing visibility, and elevating the profile of firms and individual professionals through thoughtful, well-executed marketing and business development initiatives.
Amy lives in Cincinnati with her husband, two daughters, and a very spirited boxer puppy who keeps everyone busy. When she’s not working, she enjoys being outdoors at her daughters’ soccer and softball games, traveling, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals—with a lot of optimism.
